I have asked for the EllisFam to do a small 8 question interview so that we may get to know one another and how The Jason Ellis Show has changed or impacted our lives. These are their reply’s, unedited and all in their own words. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do, and thank you to everyone who participated. Without you all this wouldn’t be possible.

  1. Where do you live?I live in Warren, Ohio about 45 miles south of Cleveland. Hope to live I am Awesome World some day.
  2. What is your occupation?I am a factory worker in a rubber factory and I am also a full time student.
  3. Tell me a little about yourself.I am 42 years old with a wife and 3 kids. (18, 17, 13) Former Navy veteran and world traveler. I pass the time listening to music, reading and camping.
  4. How long have you listened to the show? Since @Ellismate was a dj at night on Faction, I believe. It’s been 5 or 6 years now. I do know it was right after he and Andrea split the first time though.
  5. How did I discover the show? I would usually listen to Faction on my drive home from work at night and there was this interesting radio personality with an accent that seemed to talk about the most outlandish things. I believe that what really caught my attention was one night when Ellis had a woman on the phone and he was asking her “you ever smoke marijuana out of your cookie?” I was hooked after that!
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? The fact that the whole crew just keeps it real is what keeps me around. Those guys are the funniest radio guys I have ever heard. Not a day goes by that I’m not laughing my head off. It’s at the point that I feel like they are part of my family and  have a genuine love for all of them.
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? The main impact is that I now know that there are dudes out there that are pretty similar to me. Their lives are similar, their problems are similar and their senses of humor are similar. I don’t feel alone any longer.
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? #rudejudesday is my favorite day on the show. I really hope he becomes a regular part of the show like Ellismate occasionally eludes to. I like how Tully, Rumble Mctumble and Young Wing are on all of our levels and not a group of pompous jackasses. And finally, in my best Church of Haden voice….RED DRAGGGGGOOOOOONS!

  2. What is your occupation? Purchaser, Office work
  3. Tell me a little about yourself. Im 23 love restoring old muscle cars, riding moto, mixing on the turntables.
  4. How long have you listened to TJES? Little over 2 years
  5. How did you discover TJES? The one and only Joe Rowe
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? The never ending positivity. Even on bad days The show can make me feel better about myself and the day I am trying to get through.
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? Yes I have changed my outlook on life. Harden the fuck up really means something to me and I try to live it everyday.
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? I just can’t wait to meet all you great people I am privileged enough to call my Fam

JERRY TUCKER (@CRAZYJERR)

 

  1. Where do you live? Fort Collins Colorado I Have Family Ties In Kansas City, Wichita
  2. What is your occupation? I am a ASE Master Tech and I Certify Used Cars at a Honda,GM,Buick Dealer I Love My Job and they take great care of me. About 55 hours a week I also maitnence a Fleet of 8 Semi’s and 12 trailers and wash Trucks on weekend usually 15 hour’s a week After Both Jobs I stay Busy Building my own Buisnesses: I’m a Mobil DJ,I dj Events and Weddings, – use Virtual DJ,Hercules RMX controller, Behearing Mixer’s & Speakers. I’m Very addicted to my DJ Lighting I Also Run Sound For A Local Rock Band and I bring all the Lighting for there Gigs Usually One A Month Northern Colorado and Denver Area Gigs, I Get Paid to Learn the art of Live Mixing and Large PA systems. I get real Hands on experience with my DJ gear between there sets I keep the Music going reading crowd to practice the Craft of DJ’ing I run My Woodworking>Metal Fab Shop which provides me with Free Therapy to keep my mind right. I love to create stuff and it usually brings me piece of mind>Currently My Shop is Focusing and research and development on 2 Separate Model Drifting Trikes have a Marketing Plan and under Contract with a Local Shop to sell Trikes out of and Online as well.  I also have a New Line Of Custom Pic Frames I’ve been designing and Setting shop up to assembly line production once I get all my Gigs Built After all that work is done I work the Concerts and do some Gorilla Style Filming of Bands. I do Interviews with Bands Hip Hop, Punk Rock, Even country. I put Videos On CrazyJerr.com and also I do a lot of filming and keep working on Video Production. This is a very fun Part of CrazyJerr and the Dot Com. I don’t get Paid but I do create Contacts in the Music Business and have artists Contact Me to Film or help set up there events. I also Get on Guest Lists which equal Free Shows and Piles of Free Cd’s and Free Shirts Keeping My Closet Full so all in all with Merch and Tickets I do get paid but really enjoy the Journey
  3. Tell me a little about yourself. I’m Crazy I always Push my self to learn new things. If I watch TV its usually a documentary and I’m studying how they film so I can emulate there style and add my own to my own Documentary I’m filming. As I interview artists I have random questions that throws people off. I’m Just Collecting data for long term projects I’m working on. I Love to Ride Mountain Bikes Usually ride a 5 Mile Loop In hills on lunch. I also Love riding Jump Bikes I have a Pump Track In Back Yard that one day as I dial it in and practice I would like to Ride it like a Pro Google ( MarkWier Pump Track ) I Love Santa Cruz,Older GT Bikes My Jump Bike is a KHS. I snow Board, Love Moto, Rodeo, write Poems …Ding…naw it really goes well with ladies once again a slight bit gay which does work A Girl will not feel threatened by you if you seem a slight bit gay and if played right GOAL. I Have One 12 year Old Son who I have Sunday Night Till Thur am that’s when I chill and rest and enjoy our time together
  4. How long have you listened to TJES? Been Listinging to Ellis Since about Early 2008
  5. How did you discover TJES? Flipping Channels and found Faction then was like who is this off the wall assie and rolled with show
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? Basically for me I listen to show at works cause it takes my mind off the day to day and keeps me entertained therefore while working I’m entertained. I don’t really take time to critic show cause it does its job for me takes my mind off long days working.
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? Show has Changed my life cause I used to send in random Audio Clips and they would play them and love them just opened new doors and I took time to look threw the doors and find new opportunities that have been very Fulfilling. I got Rocked in EM2 volunteered to fight when other fighters did not show up. Lost 8 hours of memory once I came back to the world I found my car and when I opened my trunk I thought I robbed Ellis cause I had stacks of shirts,sweatshirts and the oG Carbon Fiber Red Dragon Chain that Rizzo Made him. Did not realize he gave me all that cause I was very confused or walking talking Blacked Out I Have Made it to EM2,4,5,6,7 and will be at EM8 I don’t get into EllisFam Politics I could Give 2 shits on who is EllisFam OG or who is New. If ur a Ellis Fan and treat me with respect then right back at you if ur Ellis Fan that disrepects me then I know I affected them in a way and I ignore them and win. I Have Learned to Ignore Hatfull coments from the interwebs cause when u put Content online people see it and if it afects them positive or negitive they leave a Comment and I’m not gonna lie I usually ignore comments cause I live a Positive Life and don’t need to deal with Negitifity.
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? If you Do right by People Right things will happen. I stay Positive and I really enjoy helping the right People. I am a real nice guy and give people a hand Up and when they take a Hand Out I Kick Back with a Smile From Ear To Ear as I watch everything in there life go wrong I don’t even have to do anything that’s all Karma and I believe. If You did read all this thank you for your Time. As for me having short answers to anything its just not gonna happen my mind is on a race and just won’t stop. In Closing my Fav quete is from Glasses Malone Song “I’m Married to my Grind if girl walks up I repectfully decline cause cheating puts my marrage on the line” right now I’m very driven by my own goals and been leaving girls along cause all the ones I find bring noise to my head….I Love and Live this life makinga a difference everyday I’ve Paid Dues and it just keep getting easier.   5. How did you discover TJES? I bought a care with satellite radio.
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? The humor and most of all the Ellisfam!
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? I have met some super awesome people from all over the country and even out of the country. I’d never have met them if it weren’t for the show!
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? I can’t wait to meet more of the fam this Friday!

  2. What is your occupation? Delivering all the shit you order online and are never home to sign for!
  3. Tell me a little about yourself. I am what I tweet! Honest, loyal, hard working, down to earth, simple Canadian Girl who’d rather get her hands dirty than polish up my fingernails. Here’s the shocker for those that don’t know, I am a single Mom of a 15 yr old daughter who is the best child in this world! Everything I do, I do in order to provide for her and myself and will always do whatever I have to do to survive. I am a soldier…I will march on.

  5. How did you discover TJES? First started listening to the show when my ex fiance purchased satellite radio as his Christmas present from me and I haven’t heard way as many shows as any of you, so fanwise, ya, I suck. One day I will get satellite radio because the french stations and bullcrap 80’s music that plays makes me want to stab myself in the throat, so I listen to nothing instead. #SadPanda
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES?
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? So, has the show changed me? One word. #EllisFam.  With that one word….Thank you!!
    There’s so many of you that have had my back, that have supported me, that have made me laugh, and have helped me in anyway.

  4. How long have you listened to TJES? Five years four of them religiously.
  5. How did you discover TJES? The wild world of spike first, then he was one of BTLSs guests and had an awesome interview. When bubba stopped being live I made the switch and I’ve been hooked ever since.
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? Tully tearing into rawdog is great. 
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? I truly feel like they’re family I felt so bad when he got divorced I told my wife over dinner haha.
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? I’ll gladly deal with all the shitty callers for the absolute gems that get through. Especially the marlins fight song guys gets me every time haha RED DRAGONS!!!

  1. Where do you live? I live in northern Virginia
  2. What is your occupation? where I work a mindless, boring job at a parts depot for a major domestic auto company that did not receive any government bailout.
  3. Tell me a little about yourself. I moved to VA from my hometown of Lodi, NJ about 8 yrs ago(not too far from where Tully is from).
  4. How did you discover TJES? One day while I was sitting in my car for my lunch break I happened to be skimming the Sirius/XM stations. I stummbled across a station playing my favorite group….Metallica. I think it was Master of Puppets. At the end of the song I heard some guy get on the radio talking about how he was the future of radio. I was drawn by his confidence.
  5. How long have you listened to TJES? That was 4 years ago. With the addition of smart phones and the Sirius/XM app I have been able to listen to the show almost everyday.
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? It helps me forget about my miserable job and helps me escape.
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? Sometimes I can’t believe the stupidity I am listening too but if I’m in a bad mood, it really does help.
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? The show really has evolved since Tully originally left and the dynamic has dramatically changed. When Ellis only had Rawdog to banter with the show was slow paced. Even with the iphone delay when I would send an interesting tweet and get a mention.  Josh seemed to always scan twitter looking for something to talk about. Now the show is changing topics so quickly by the time I get to tweet something, the subject already changed.
    Its great to listen to a show that includes so many of the audiences comments. It really makes you feel like your part of something special. Keep up the good work you dick knuckles!

  1. Where do you live? I am currently displaced from my home in Las Vegas NV, to Slagle LA to support and love my in-Law’s. Country folks sure have a lot of heart and soul.  And as they say home is where you make it.
  2. What is your occupation? I am building inspector and storm water pollution inspector working at Army base Ft. Polk. Mainly I ensure our Soldiers have safe homes and clean water.
  3. Tell me a little about yourself.
  4. How long have you listened to TJES? I have listened to Ellis since 2006ish.
  5. How did you discover TJES? I bought a Sirius for a long road trim and Howard Stern, flipping through Channels I hear “this is Jason Ellis I’ll fuck your face”, hooked ever since.  Not that I like my face fucked it was just the most unexpected and funny thing I ever heard on my radio.
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? I can relate to Ellis and the boys on so many levels through life experiences, that I really feel like we are best friends even though I have never met them and probably won’t. For some reason whenever  I’m feeling down or really happy they always have the right words of encouragement at the right time.
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? Ever since starting to listen to the show I have finally took action on living a better, happier, healthier life. Still trying to kick the fucking cigg’s though. So I guess I would say that the show has improved and changed many things for the better in my life. Since joining Twitter in 2009 I have also made life long true friends and found love through Ellisfam. You guys know what I mean! Your all the fucking raddest people . Kind, supportive, Funny, loving, understanding, encouraging , and most of all FAMILY.

  2. What is your occupation? Building Commissioner
  3. Tell me a little about yourself. I’m a retired Cop due to injury. I like to ride, party and be loud. I was in a motorcycle accident in September 2010. That’s what ended my pig career.
  4. How long have you listened to TJES? Right around 5 years.
  5. How did you discover TJES? I got a free trial of XM and just happened to stumble upon the greatest show in the universe.
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? Between Ellis’ fucked up stories, Tullys twisted humor and RawDogs stupidity how could anybody stop listening?
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? Yes. After my motorcycle accident I fell into a bad depression. The only thing I looked forward to  everyday whas TJES. Three show actually helped pull me out of it. Ellis constantly pounding HTFU into everyones squishy little brains really made an impact on me.
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? I come, I fuck shit up, I leave. Love ya EllisFam!

  2. What is your occupation? Project Manager
  3. Tell me a little about yourself. Have 2 kids, a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Hopes to one day be running my own business, just need a good idea.
  4. How long have you listened to TJES? Around 5 years. Started listening after Ellismania
  5. How did you discover TJES? I really dont remember how I discovered. I either saw a video clip of the show or just happened to change the channel to Faction and was hooked!
  6. What keeps you listening to TJES? Ellis keeps is real and doesn’t have cheesy ass crap on his show like they do on testical radio. Plus I have somethings in common with RawDog and Tully is hilarious!!!
  7. Has the show changed or impacted you life in any way? How? Yes the show has impacted my life. I learned to be more determined and learn how to HTFU. I deal with anxiety and its nice to of someone who deals with it and has done so much with his life!
  8. Is there anything else you would like to share? Ellis is the fucking man, RED DRAGONS and EllisFam is the best family!!!
